School Programs

Our programs are aimed at elementary age students who will learn from fun, interactive games approach to the learning of basic lacrosse skills.  Incorporating agility, eye/hand coordination in aerobic activities that allow for students to learn communication, strategy, team work and self confidence.  Tewe,a:ratchon is the name the Iroquois give to the game of lacrosse.  Lacrosse has historical and cultural roots in this country as far back as at least 1000 yrs. We share with our students the significance of the game to our country, to the First Nations and how the game of lacrosse is central to First Nations culture.

Off Season Camps

Our off season camps are inclusive to all players from beginners to Juniors. Players are taught in like skill groups with an emphasis on high number of reps and movement.  With the use of media, players can have a real time teaching moment to help increase their visual feedback which enhances the learning process.  Age appropriate lacrosse systems are taught by experienced coaches. This applies to both goalies and runners.

Coach Mentoring

Personal in practice on floor coach mentoring including practice planning , game strategy and in game on bench mentoring with debrief follow up is available at all levels. Age group coach clinics available.

Seasonal Player Evaluations

Pre season player evaluations for team selection available.  Ongoing player progress reports can be provided on request.
